The cidery (?) itself, presents a great mixture of history with a fresh look of re purposing for it’s future. My favorite of all the great ciders is the Hopsap Shandy, but picking one wasn’t easy so we bought three and will soon be back for a resupply, including some of the other great tasting ciders. My wife liked the Firecracker, It fits her personalty.
