Blue Bee Cider calls Summit Stables home. Originally built as mule stables and carriage housing for the City of Richmond’s Public Works Department, the four buildings of Summit Stables have been adapted and rehabilitated into an urban cidery, tap room and cider garden. Summit Stables’ primary purpose is to grow fruit, make cider and distribute cider. However, retail customer-facing areas may be reserved for private events and special occasions.

You can buy out the courtyard, cider salon and patio area for completely private, large-scale events. The property lends itself to a variety of layouts and vignettes which our event coordinator can discuss with you.
